RATES FOR 2024 HARVEST

Corn Storage : 18 cents/bu. minimum to January 15, 2024, then .133 cents per day ( 4 cents/bu. per month).
Corn Price Later: 18 cents/bu. fee to January 15, 2024, then .133 cents per day (4 cents/bu. per month).

Bean Storage :20 cents/bu. minimum to January 15, 2024, then .133 cents per day ( 4 cents/bu. per month).
Bean Price Later : 20 cents/bu. fee to January 15, 2024, then .133 cents per day ( 4cents/bu. per month).

15.1 to 16.0% :    4.00 cents/bu.
16.1 to 17.0% :    8.00 cents/bu.
17.1 to 18.0% : 12.00 cents/bu.
18.1 to 19.0% : 16.00 cents/bu.
19.1 to 20.0% : 18.00 cents/bu.
20.1 to 21.0% : 20.00 cents/bu.
21.1 to 22.0% : 22.00 cents/bu.
22.1 to 23.0% : 23.50 cents/bu.
23.1 to 24.0% : 25.00 cents/bu.
24.1 to 25.0% : 26.50 cents/bu.
25.1 to 26.0% : 28.00 cents/bu.
26.1 to 27.0% : 29.50 cents/bu.
27.1 to 28.0% : 31.00 cents/bu.
28.1 to 29.0% : 32.50 cents/bu.
29.1 to 30.0% : 34.00 cents/bu.
30.1 to 31.0% : 35.50 cents/bu.
31.1 to 32.0% : 37.00 cents/bu.

Above 32% moisture will be discounted at 2 cents per point.

We request that you do not deliver corn over 32% moisture.
Soybeans will be accepted to 15% moisture. Due to the difficulty in storing soybeans with green pods, we ask that you attempt to keep as many green pods out of your soybeans as possible.
Minimum storage will be applied to all grain one week after delivery on a load by load basis.
Drying and storage charges be deducted at time of settlement unless the customer requests an invoice.
Corn will be shrunk to 14% for stored corn and Price Later corn. Corn that is priced and sold for Fall 2023 will be shrunk to 15%. Corn shrink is 1.30% per point.
Soybeans will be shrunk to 13% moisture at a rate of 1.5% per half point. Each soybean load will stand alone.
