IMPROVEMENTS FOR FALL 2014
At the Leonore facility we have added a 90’ diameter corn tank with a capacity of 572,000 bushels.  This new space will reduce the need to shuttle corn away during harvest.
The Budd facility has a new 54’ diameter tank with a capacity of 200,000 bushels.  We have replaced the old grain leg with a new 15,000 bushel per hour leg to speed up our dumping capacity.  A new Zimmerman 4750 bph dryer has replaced the old dryer to boost the drying capacity.  We have replaced the old office and scale with new, which should reduce congestion around the elevator.
At the Lostant facility we are replacing the old 1200 bph Zimmerman Dryer with a new 2400 bph Zimmerman Dryer.  We are also adding a 48’ diameter wet tank with a capacity of 136,000 bushels.
In Blackstone we have added the old dryer from Budd to increase the drying capacity to 4000 bph.  We have replaced the old grain leg with a new 15,000 bph leg to boost our dumping capacity.  We are also adding a 60’ diameter tank with a capacity of 230,000 bushels.

NEW CROP CORN AND SOYBEANS ON PRICE LATER
You can save 2 cents per bushel on corn and 4 cents per bushel on soybeans by moving your new crop grain to a Price Later contract.  You will be charged a minimum fee of 16 cents/bu. instead of the 18 cents/bu. minimum charge for corn and 20 cents/bu. minimum charge for beans in Open Storage.  Please notify us before you start hauling in if you want to place your grain on Price Later

FALL HAULING SERVICES
We will be offering our fall trucking services this season at a rate of 10 cents per bushel on grain hauled into the closest of our facilities.  If you require delivery to the RuffRail facility, you will be charged the applicable mileage rate.  We ask that you have an auger wagon or another method for loading the trucks quickly.  As usual, we will schedule jobs only as the trucks become available.  If trucks are not available you will have to wait until they become available. If you are interested in using this service, please give us as much notice as possible before you are ready to haul.
